General Information: As we begin this month, Mercury remains retrograde until the 15th. Keep reorganizing and dealing with issues from your past. After the 15th, you can start your new projects.
This is a busy month with the planets quite active the 1st through the 13th. Typically, the outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto go direct during the fall and winter time of the years. This reactivates our energies and pushes us forward for the next year or so. We are all feeling a greater sense of urgency.
The middle part of the month, the 14th through the 22nd is more peaceful and laid back. With the last part of the month, we are back into busy and active. The November holidays could be very busy and somewhat erratic on November 28th, Thanksgiving Day and Hanukkah.
The busy edgy days this month are the 1st, 3rd, 10th, 14th, 15th, 24th and the 25th. Good days this month are the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 12th, 19th, 20th, 23rd, 28th and the 30th.
Aries – As the month opens you could be feeling like you need to get away from it all. Make sure to keep your options open. Work and relationships are demanding your attention. And you must find some balance in all this. Don’t let your health suffer with this stress. You are focused on the deeper aspects of commitment, trust and loyalty. And with Mercury retrograde, you may find out some things you didn’t know. Do you use this information to deepen your partnerships or do you disconnect and move on? You are feeling lighter by the end of the month and you have found some resolution. Create your own agenda.
Taurus – Relationships are certainly the focal point for this month. With Mercury retrograding through your relationships sector, you are being made more aware of your own relationship patterns. If you are in a partnership, these patterns are more likely to come to the surface so you can see them and consider a better way to relate. This is a better approach than feeling defensive about what you are learning about relationships and communications. Over all, you are still in a work oriented, progressive mood. You are planning better for your own future and getting rid of the dead wood. Look for that action to pick up after the 15th.
Gemini – You have two areas that are in the spotlight for this month. With your home and family life, you are putting a lot of energy into your home. This can be a time when you are doing some cleaning up or home repair. You will also be more connected to the Holidays this month. You may be the person who hostess the dinner so we can all attend. If there is bad blood between family members, it will show up. With your co-workers and with your work environment, you are getting this area of your life cleaned up and reorganized. This can also be a time when you have to replace computers or office equipment. Some of the organizing may also trickle over into your home life as well. Relationships are more important as we get to the end of the month.
Cancer -Just like the other cardinal signs, Aries, Libra and Capricorn; your month starts off with a bang. Your career area could be getting a new infusion of energy. You are certainly looking for something to boost your passion for your work. This can also represent a total shift in career direction. Don’t be afraid to follow your passion. Relationships can be testy especially if you are feeling isolated or alienated from your partner. If you are single, you are in a very good time to put yourself out there for a partnership. You are feeling more creative this month. Take some time out to play. By the end of the month, you are back into your routines.
Leo – This month you are paying attention to your home and family life. You are in a period of cleaning out and reorganizing. You have been doing this since July 2013, but with November, you have picked up the tempo. With family, this can be a time when you are being very real and not softening your feelings. If there is a crisis, you are more than ready to deal with it. You are cleaning things out in your life if they don’t have a real purpose and; putting people in that really support you. You are still feeling somewhat nostalgic through the end of the month, but that will clear up after the 25th. Keep following your “to do” list. Watch your spending this month. You will be more impulsive.
Virgo – This month may seem to have cross purposes with Mars planet of action moving through your sign. And with Mercury, your ruler, retrograde. Mars is much more about taking action and confronting things. You will be more body conscious with Mars. However, Mercury retrograde is making your rethink your plans and having you going back to the drawing board. Don’t let this get too frustrating. Use the Mars to help you get the real issues so you can move forward with your plans on the 15th. Communications are a big deal this month. Check all your work, your writings, documents you sign, and what you post on Facebook and Twitter. Groups and organizations are better for you this year. Consider getting into one after the 15th.
Libra – With your individuality and freedom as primary issues in your life, this may not seem like a very good time for your relationships. But in truth, you are getting more clear and setting your boundaries and actually letting people know how you feel. This may seem to create more upset initially but it will sure indicate less problems for the future. This month you are focused on your money and resources. This is the time for you to catch up on your financial affairs and get them in order. During Thanksgiving, you may not feel as “holiday-ish” this year. It may be best to take a trip and get away from it all. On the surface, you continue to be busy. A good place to use your boundaries.
Scorpio – Happy Birthday to Greg and all the Scorpios out there. This is your natural yearly cycle of completion and renewal. With Saturn, the judgmental planet of usefulness and Mercury retrograde in Scorpio, this is a very intense Birthday time. A clear time of evaluating what works and what doesn’t in your life. You are feeling completion in many parts of your life. And you are looking for new long term goals to put into place. After the 15th, you will feel much better about commitments and moving forward. Get your ducks in a row so you will be ready to act. Group energies are also active this month. If you aren’t involved in one, consider joining one after the 15th.
Sagittarius – This month offers mixed energies. One part of you in a period of rest and retreat. And another part is wanting to get your work and career energies rejuvenated. This can be a very good time for planning for what you want to do but waiting until after the 15th to start any new projects. This can be a frustrating time at work. You may be at odd with clients or your boss. Take some time to yourself and get very clear about what is really important. And what you are willing to fight for. You were not very focused on your career and this energy is helping you get back on track. As we get to the end of the month, you are feeling more like your old fun self!
Capricorn – Now, this is a busy holiday season for you. You are already overloaded and the holiday hasn’t arrived yet. Relationships and family are capturing your interest this month. If you are involved, this is time of renewal for your partnership. If you are single, this is a time to put yourself out there! You are looking for more freedom and self expression. Groups and organization are being re-evaluated in your life. If you are not getting something from them, you are moving on. The holidays can be a tense time for you. Be sure to do something you REALLY like! If you can’t do that, try to have a good exit strategy. A trip out of town would be very good for you. You will be very very very career focused as we get to the end of the month. Get ready!
Aquarius – With all the planets including Mercury retrograde in your career sector, you are examining your future plans, where you are going to dedicate your resources and how you are going to get all these things done. You are very careful with whom you share your time/love/money/talent. You are expecting others to participate and do what they say. This could be a time when you are planning to launch your own career or even to fine tune what you are doing so you are happier with your career life. Time your moves for after the 15th for best results. Toward the end of the month, be sure to put some “fun” on your calendar schedule!
Pisces – With Mars, planet of action and confrontation in your area of relationships, this is hot, spicy and volatile time in relationships. If you are doing well, this is great time for a 2nd honeymoon or if you are single, this is a great time to put yourself out there. You are usually magnetic. If you are looking for someone new, don’t put your plans into action until after the 15th. You are plenty busy in your life, but you are not feeling pressure so much this month. This is a great holiday time for you to get out town and let your brain free from your daily stress and strain. You are really seeking some solitude during the holidays. But you are more social after the season ends.
