Friday, April 25th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Astrocast

Friday, April 25th: The Moon makes her way through psychically connected Pisces all day, although she will go void-of-course in the mid-afternoon.

Venus trines Saturn, 12:15 AM. This planetary alignment wants us to plan ahead for the future and to make the best use of our resources. Relationship stability is helped by this alignment. This had a strong impact on us on Thursday as well, and will continue to impact us all day Friday.

The Moon sextiles Pluto 12:54 AM. If you are awake, you are using your intuition to guide you along this morning. Follow what feels right, not what sounds right.

The Moon trines Jupiter 1:54 AM. This should be a great night for sleeping and dreaming of a better future.

The Moon trines Saturn, 1:48 PM. In the afternoon we are more motivated to get on with our daily agenda. It is a good time for meeting with clients or interviewing for a new job.

The Moon conjuncts Venus, 3:03 PM. We are in the limelight this afternoon and feeling love and adoration from those around us. This aspect will certainly make us want to indulge ourselves so much more! This is a great time to take that special someone out for a late lunch.

The Moon is now void-of-course from 3:03 PM until Saturday morning at 5:01 AM when she enters Aries. The latter part of the day is much more relaxed and we are not as concerned with our agenda.

The Sun conjuncts Mercury, 10:27 PM. This energy helps with our communication skills all day. We are especially clear about what our needs are, and are able to explain those needs to others. This is a good day for presentations, classes or just geeking out. Even though this occurs later in the evening, this aspect is in effect all day.

All times are CDT.

Thursday, April 24th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Astrocast

Thursday, April 24th: The Moon begins the day void-of-course in Aquarius, but she quickly enters intuitive Pisces at 1:55 AM.

The Moon sextiles Mercury, 5:41 AM. It is a good morning to be up communing with nature, or seeing the other regulars at the coffee shop. And always, it’s good time for organizing and doing detail work.

The Moon sextiles the Sun, 9:14 AM. We are able to get things done this morning, but we don’t seem to have a lot of energy. Pace yourself today and make sure that you keep your agenda very open.

The Moon conjuncts Neptune, 1:50 PM. This would be a great time to be in a yoga class, sitting next to the seashore, or listening to your favorite tunes to drown out the noise. Go ahead and take a long lunch, everyone else will be doing the same thing.

The Moon is not void-of-course but there are no more aspects until Friday morning. You will probably want to have a low key day and avoid doing anything that you really don’t want to do.

All times are CDT.

Wednesday, April 23rd Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Astrocast

Wednesday, April 23rd: The Moon continues her transit through the intellectually superior sign of Aquarius for the whole day, although she will be void-of-course for about half of the day.

Today we continue the rock ‘n roll express for the Cardinal cosmic cross as the energies get a little stronger today.

Mars opposes Uranus 2:09 AM. Even though this is a very highly energetic planetary alignment, we may all be feeling very mentally exhausted at this time. If you can sleep, good for you! If you are awake, you may find that nothing really satisfies you as you pace around inside your own head. On a bigger scale, this can really ignite some of the world-wide conflicts that are going on. And I’m positive this is related to this greater expression of violence that seems to be permeating our news media. This aspect is in effect until Friday.

Mercury, the communicator, enters the stabilizing sign of Taurus at 4:16 AM. Our thoughts and ideas turn to a more practical approach for the next 14 days.

Mars squares Pluto, 8:47 AM. This is the last of the activation of the Cardinal cosmic cross for the next few months. With this alignment, might makes right. But with Mars in Libra, this should help push the need to find a more peaceful solution to the world conflicts, rather than an all-out conflict. On a personal level this a great time to clear the air about relationships. You will address relationship problems that you’ve had with your partner and close friends. It is a time to be more real and not hide behind a mask of civility just to keep the peace. This can bring about a time of endings for some relationships, and new beginnings for others. This aspect continues to be in effect until Friday.

The Moon squares Saturn 11:10 AM. We need to be especially careful about negative thinking and gloom and doom fantasizing. Yes, it’s good to prepare, but it’s not good to live emotionally in that fear. Act on your fear and reestablish your security.

The Moon is now void-of-course from 11:10 AM until Thursday morning at 1:55 AM when the Moon enters sensitive Pisces. This is one of those long void of course periods. Pace yourself.

All times are CDT.

Tuesday, April 22nd Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Astrocast

Tuesday, April 22nd: Happy Earth Day! The Moon continues her journey through highly intelligent Aquarius for the entire day.

The Moon squares the Sun, 2:52 AM. If you are awake, you are considering setting better boundaries and priorities.

Mars squares Jupiter, 2:28 PM. With Mars, planet of action and confrontation, joining the Cardinal cosmic cross, this is a very highly energized period for the next two days. Mars represents the individual, and Jupiter represents principle or an ideal. These two points of view may come into conflict today. This planetary combination will really amp-up the ongoing world conflicts. All of us are very likely to feel unsettled, restless, or we might feel the need to stay awake to protect ourselves from any incursions. Choose your battles carefully today. This intensity continues well through tomorrow.

The Moon sextiles Uranus, 10:18 PM. And, this is a good night to be out looking for distractions and some relief from the current tensions. A late dinner with friends would be perfect.

The Moon trines Mars, 10:24 PM. This adds fuel to our need to focus more on ourselves and to better nurture our self. We are feeling more ready to compromise.

All times are CDT.

Monday, April 21st Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Astrocast

Monday, April 21st: The Moon resides in Capricorn, the sign of discipline, for almost the entire day until midnight approaches.

The Moon sextiles Venus, 12:53 AM. Although this aspect comes in the wee hours of the morning, it should help us to sleep, relax, and get a better handle on our day. If you can’t sleep, it would be best if you had someone to talk with and share, in order to help broaden your perspective.

The Moon sextiles Saturn, 8:48 AM. You will find the energy of this transit makes it a good morning to take some time and get a proper perspective on your life. It’s a good time for getting your “to do” list ready. And, it is always a good time for any sort of detailed work.

Uranus squares Pluto, 1:38 PM. This is another one of the planetary alignments that is part of the Cardinal cosmic cross. In fact, this planetary combination is at the core of this ongoing Cardinal cosmic cross. These two planets have been in a square/challenging relationship since the end of 2007. Pluto symbolizes the death of the old and the rebirth of the new. Uranus symbolizes the need for individual equality, and the need for a higher order of social consciousness. Although the tension between these two planets does reach a peak today, there will be few more peaks that will occur through the end of 2015.

April is one of the months when the tensions between the planets, transiting the four cardinal signs, reach a peak. This planetary triggering will continue as the Sun moves through Aries now, Cancer at the end of June, Libra at the end of September and in Capricorn at the end of December. So we are far from being done with the Cardinal Cosmic Cross.

Try to see this in the larger picture and view it as an ongoing process. Certainly, this is energy is not strictly connected to this month only. This aspect is in effect until the end of 2015.

Today the energies will be more intense and it will be more difficult to feel stable and grounded during this time. Flexibility will be demanded of all of us.

The Moon squares Mercury, 6:21 PM. We are busy this afternoon and evening running errands and taking care of our mundane tasks. We are more chatty than usual and can feel more comfortable engaging with total strangers. This is a good time to be clearing out any communication problems between you, your partner, or your clients.

The Moon is now void-of-course from 6:21 PM until 11:18 PM this evening when the Moon enters community-oriented Aquarius.

 All times are CDT.

Sunday, April 20th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Astrocast

Sunday, April 20th: Happy Easter! The Moon transits use oriented Capricorn the entire day.

Jupiter squares Uranus, 2:25 AM. This aspect is part of the ongoing Cardinal cosmic cross. Jupiter is the ideal of Truth, while Uranus increases the need for social consciousness. They come into conflict as the dogma of Beliefs enslave the masses that they are out to protect. On a larger scale, this is the difference between those who are fearful about same sex marriage and the people who support it. The fearful lose their innocence and privilege and must incorporate the needs of the many. Some will feel that we are moving too fast, and others will feel that they don’t need anyone’s permission to forge ahead. This is a very electric energy and may stimulate our brains so much that we have a hard time sleeping, or we have an extremely busy dream night. Personally, we may feel that our plate is overloaded and we have too many things to do it one time. This is part of the signature of the Cardinal cosmic cross. Keep centered and don’t over commit yourself. This aspect is in play all day.

The Moon sextiles Neptune, 8:16 AM. Be sure and take some time this morning for some personal meditation and aligning yourself with your heart and soul and mother Earth.

Jupiter opposes Pluto, 6:05 PM. The image of death and rebirth becomes increasingly strong today as we observe Easter Sunday. This alignment is also part of the Cardinal cosmic cross. Our need for gain comes into conflict with our need to detox and get things out of our system. Belief doesn’t make something true no matter how many times you say it, or how many people believe it. This is a time to dig out of our sense of false security and look to the reality of where we are now. On a personal level, we are working to clear out the people, the things, and the bad psychological family patterns that no longer serve us. This aspect is also in effect all day.

Today the Moon:

  • squares Uranus at 7:27 PM,
  • conjuncts Pluto at 7:31 PM, and
  • opposes Jupiter at 7:32 PM.

This is a very active and energetic time. We might feel trapped, overloaded, or just ready to break out of whatever is restricting us. Our emotions are right on our sleeve, visible for everyone to see. We need someone to listen to how we feel and what’s going on with us. Hasty decisions may be made at this time. Follow what’s in your heart and your decisions will be correct. As you can see, this is an especially critical time to express your core feelings and beliefs. Give yourself plenty of room and don’t lock yourself into any commitments.

The Moon squares Mars, 8:56 PM. This transit will be adding a little gasoline to the fire. Our views on relationships are strongly stimulated. Make sure that you put yourself first, but don’t demand that others acquiesce to your position. Otherwise, this is a great evening to be working out at the gym.

All times are CDT.
