Friday, October 31st: Happy Halloween! The Moon transits independent and inventive Aquarius, for the entire day.

The Moon squares Venus, 12:34 AM: if you are awake, this a great time to be laid-back and chatting with friends.

The Moon sextiles Uranus, 7:58 AM: this a great morning for breakfast meetings, community organizations or meeting new friends. We are ready to network and find support for what we’re doing.

The Moon trines Mercury, 6:41 PM: our communications skills are silky smooth this early evening. A great time to write, go to a lecture or expressing your feelings in a clear and concise manner.

The Moon sextiles Jupiter, 7:29 PM: a great evening for almost any type of activity. If you’re working, people are open and receptive. Personally, you are looking for path of least resistance this evening.

Thursday, October 30th: The day begins with the Moon void-of-course in reserved Capricorn, until she enters heady and ethereal Aquarius at 8:52 AM. Keep your schedule flexible until after the Moon enters Aquarius.

We are not very motivated during most of the day but we will need things to keep us interested mentally.

The Moon squares the Sun, 9:48 PM: we’re feeling much more connected in the latter part of the evening. This is a good time to get out, be with friends, or just do some different. We are more interested in spontaneity rather than too much planning.

Note: Although Mercury went Stationary Direct on October 25th, we have continued to feel the after-shocks of Mercury Retrograde. After today, we will no longer feel the effects of Mercury Retrograde, so starting tomorrow, October 30th, you can initiating those new projects, sign documents and get yourself a new smart phone if you want one.

Wednesday, October 29th: The Moon resides in patient and careful Capricorn for the entire day. She will become void-of course in the late evening, at 10:01 PM in Capricorn until she enters socially conscious Aquarius, at 8:52 AM, Thursday morning.

The Moon conjuncts Pluto, 12:47 AM: if you are awake, we’re rehashing the hash! Kick it to the curb and move on.

The Moon squares Uranus, 4:50 AM: this aspect helps to keep us mentally active even while were sleeping. We will all be a bit edgy as we start our morning. Don’t over schedule yourself and give yourself plenty of time to get where you are going.

The Moon squares Mercury, 12:30 PM: after lunch we are more calm but there still seems to be more on our plate than we can handle. Take some time to prioritize your schedule and get yourself back on track.

The Moon sextiles Saturn, 10:01 PM: we are much more calm by the later evening and are able to assess the efforts made during the day. This is a good time for a late-night work session or great time to do some journaling.

Tuesday, October 28st: The day starts with the Moon void-of-course in Sagittarius, the sign of courts and legal system. She will remain void-of-course in Sagittarius until she enters practical and prudent Capricorn, at 5:03 AM.

The Sun trines Neptune, 4:50 AM: this spiritual time that started yesterday continues well into today. We have the opportunity to combine our ego needs with the greater needs of our community. A good use of this energy would be to take some time for a spiritual retreat, a visit to the Lake or to the beach, or an evening with the Symphony. We are all more connected to humanity and compassion. This aspect is in effect for the next couple of days.

The Moon enters earthy Capricorn at 5:03 AM: we will want to make the most of our day!

The Moon conjuncts Mars, 7:45 AM: we are awake early and ready to get our day going. A great morning for a workout! We are setting our agenda very early for the whole day. Our feelings are right there on the surface. We are likely to take things very personally this morning. If you see drama, turn right!

The Moon sextiles Neptune, 1:36 PM: by the early afternoon were feeling more calm and in touch with the rhythm of the day. This a great time to be reaching out to others for business or personal reasons. They will want to hear what we have to say.

Monday, October 27th: The Moon travels through optimistic Sagittarius for the whole day. However, she will become void-of course in Sagittarius in the late morning, at 11:18 AM, and will remain so until she enters industrious Capricorn, at 5:03 AM, Tuesday morning.

This is a fairly long void of course moon especially during the daylight hours when most of us try to get our activities taking care of. Plan your important activities before noon.

The Moon trines Uranus, 12:22 AM: this may keep us up later than usual. We are more open and broad-minded during this time.

The Moon sextiles Mercury, 6:10 AM: we are mentally active and ready for our day to begin. A great time for organizing and putting things in their place.

The Moon trines Jupiter, 11:18 AM: we are feeling more upbeat and positive this late morning. This is an excellent time for almost any type of activity. But it does favor activity connected to or working with others. This broadens our perspective.

The Moon is now void-of-course in Sagittarius, at 11:18 AM, until she enters Capricorn, at 5:03 AM on Tuesday morning. Our upbeat mood continues despite the void of course. We can use this time to discover the core of our own ideal of truth; from which our own sense of justice flows. Take some time and enjoy where you are.

Venus trines Neptune, 1:48 PM: we are all in touch with a sense of the greater good. This combination of planets helps us to see the common values that we have with the rest of the people on this planet. This makes this time a very compassionate one. This can help to resolve conflicts in terms of what’s best for us all. Overall we are more compassionate and gracious to others during this time. Sunday, October 26th: The Moon resides in Sagittarius, the sign of the truth-seeker, for the entire day. Our energy should remain upbeat and positive for most of the day.

Mars, planet of action and adventure, enters Capricorn, at 5:43 AM, and will remain there until early December. Mars’ fiery nature is tempered whenever he moves through the Earth sign such as Capricorn. Mars in Capricorn will make us conscious of how productively we use our own time and energy. Mars represents the physical body and therefore our responses to Mars is action taken on our own part. Mars is focused on the self and therefore makes his best decisions from that point of view.

The Moon squares Neptune, 8:33 AM: with all this talk of productivity we are low energy this morning. A great morning to stay in bed or to retreat to a place of solitude and quiet.

There are no more aspects for the rest of the day but generally we should feel more energetic toward the afternoon and evening.

Saturday, October 25th: The Moon begins the day by making her way through unyielding Scorpio. However, she will become void-of-course in Scorpio in the late morning, at 11:11 AM, and remain so until very late in the evening, when she enters justice-oriented Sagittarius, at 11:40 PM.

This is just over a 12-hour void-of-course Moon timeframe which is fairly long. But connected to Mercury going stationary direct, we may feel that were in a race with snails and losing.

The Sun conjuncts Venus, 2:31 AM: this combination of planets can make us feel hungry for love, affection, diamonds, chocolate eclairs or the real sense of love and connection with that special someone. Since this is been in effect since yesterday, this is all we can focus on. This may make us a bit lazy today.

The Moon squares Jupiter, 4:44 AM: if you’re up early this a great morning for a hike or jog at the Park. We are just a bit restless this early morning.

The Moon conjuncts Saturn, 11:11 AM: our internal emotional needs meet with our need for safety and security. This can be a great time to take a realistic look at what really defines safety and security in your life. Saturn tends to make us feel a bit negative, so don’t let her drag you into a pit of despair because everything is not perfect in your life yet. Consider what you already constructed in your life and how you plan to build on to that. You just need a plan.

The Moon is now void-of-course in Scorpio, at 11:11 AM, until she enters Sagittarius tonight, at 11:40 PM. Give yourself a wide avenue for the rest of the day. Keep your expectations realistic as you will be more internally focused for the rest of the day.

Mercury turns Stationary Direct at 2:17 PM in Libra. Mercury has now stopped her retrograde path and slowly begins to move forward. This will take a couple of days and Mercury will not be back up to normal speed until about October 30th. Often the stationary direct points (stationary direct or stationary retrograde) on Mercury retrograde’s path are the more difficult Mercury retrograde times.

Friday, October 24th: The Moon occupies Scorpio, the sign of power and passion, for the entire day.

The Moon trines Neptune, 1:29 AM: this is a great aspect for creativity, writing, painting or doing all of this in your dreams.

The Moon sextiles Pluto, 1:15 PM: our afternoon is more grounded as we are paying attention to things that are more practical and usable. This a good time to discuss common goals, budget conditions or having greater communications in our personal relationships.

Things are moving very slowly this afternoon because Mercury is going stationary direct tomorrow, Saturday. This is a good time for contemplation, standing back and taking a good hard look at where you are and only preparing for what you plan to do. All this will change after October 30 when Mercury is back up to speed and no longer retrograde.

Thursday, October 23rd: The Moon travels through beauty oriented Libra, as our day begins. However, she will become void-of-course in Libra around lunchtime, at 12:22 PM. And, she will remain so, until late afternoon when she moves into magnetic Scorpio at 4:10 PM. There is also a solar eclipse today at 4:57 PM. This is a very active day energetically!

The Sun enters Scorpio, 6:57 AM: Happy Birthday to the Scorpios! The sun will spend the next 30 days moving through the sign that represents rebirth and regeneration. It is a natural time of examining our current resources and getting rid of the things that no longer serve us. We will all want greater emotional connection with those that are closest to us.
