Thursday, May 21st Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Thursday, May 21st: The Moon begins the day in Cancer, the sign of home and family, but she does turn void-of-course in Cancer, at 7:36 PM. This evening is the beginning of a 21-hour long Moon void-of-course.

This is a busy day and we should try to get as much done as we can and allow Friday to be more laid-back day.

The Moon trines Neptune, 2:33 AM: A great time for fantasy awake or asleep.

The Sun enters Gemini, 3:45 AM: With the Sun in Gemini, we are more focused on our immediate environment and daily activities. We are communicating more and trying to add some order to our life. The sun will be in Gemini for the next 30 days.

The Moon conjuncts Venus, 12:07 PM: We are drawn to creature comforts and being around those that we love or feel the most comfortable with. This is a great time for a long lunch and reassuring those around us that we love and value them. Because of Mercury retrograde, this could be a great time to have lunch with an old flame.

The Moon opposes Pluto, 12:50 PM: It doesn’t take as long to get down to business. We are wanting to look beyond the apparent external mask that we all wear and to look in the soul of the other person. We are working on gaining trust with others and at the same time confronting the fears we feel about loss. It is a time to be really truthful. Don’t miss your opportunity.

The Moon squares Uranus, 7:36 PM: We are more than ready to get away from the restrictions that life and work and impose upon us. You are looking to have some fun but without too much hassle. We’re just feeling restless. Try not to over commit yourself to things this evening.

The Moon is now void-of-course in Cancer, at 7:36 PM, and will remain so until she enters Leo, at 4:42 PM, on Friday afternoon beginning a 21 hour void Moon.

Venus opposes Pluto, 8:54 PM: When these two planets combine, we become more aware of our desires and how our unconscious ego drives those desires. On the surface, this is a good time to be discussing renewing long-term commitments, renegotiating partnership contracts and considering the long-term benefits or losses of all the relationships in your life. In the deep end of the pool, we’re trying to understand who we are and what we want. Through that analysis, we able to satisfy our desires without having to play a whole lot of unconscious game playing. If your relationship is not doing well, this can be a time when it comes to an end our we renew the trust and move forward. This aspect is in effect for the next couple of days.

Monday, May 18th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Monday, May 18th: The day begins with the Moon void-of-course in Taurus. She enters dualistic Gemini, at 4:27 AM, and is no longer void-of-course.

The Moon opposes Saturn, 7:49 AM: We wake up feeling like we have too much to do before we even get started. Along with Mercury stationary retrograde, this could be a difficult morning driving to work, getting your smart phones to function, or just trying to get people to listen to. Take a step back and slow down. You’ll get there when you’re there.

The Moon conjuncts Mars, 12:26 PM: Our emotions are fired up during lunchtime. We will be feeling the need to rush along and push things past their natural rhythms. And with Mercury stationary retrograde, we may be getting nowhere fast! This is great energy to go to the spa and let yourself be pampered.

Mercury, planet of transportation and communication officially turns Stationary Retrograde in Gemini, at 8:50 PM. Gemini is the ruling sign of Mercury. This could be a doozy of a Mercury retrograde. The station points, stationary retrograde or stationary direct, are when Mercury retrograde can demonstrate her abilities to their finest.

Technically, this is the beginning of Mercury Retrograde, but in reality, we have been feeling its effects since May 15th.

If you can, this is the perfect day to take off and try to do as little as possible. If you must be productive today, work on your existing projects as opposed to starting something new. This intense stationary Mercury Retrograde period will affect us for the next two to three days. And, keep in mind that we will be experiencing the effects of Mercury Retrograde through June 16th. With Mercury retrograde , this is a great time to clean up things, organize your filing cabinets, and clean up those cookies on your computer. Avoid buying a new car, signing documents, or purchasing any type of electronic equipment until after June 16th.

Mars squares Neptune, 9:03 PM: Along with the rest of the low energy we have been feeling, the universe comes long and wets our matches. Since this aspect has been in effect for couple of days and will continue to be in effect for the next three or four days, we may feel like we’re trying to walk through molasses. This is much more of a time of rest and retreat. Keep your agenda lighter than usual and try to screen the people that come into your life. This is a perfect time for a getaway or spiritual retreat.

All times are CDT.
