Astrologer, Lilly Roddy

Monday, March 21st:  The Moon spends all day in Virgo, the sign of refinement, but she does turn void-of-course in Virgo, at 10:54 PM.

The Moon opposes Neptune, at 9:00 AM:  All of us are on the slow track this morning, so take your time getting to where you need to be.  Other people won’t be ready either.  This is a recommended time for meditation or yoga.

The Moon opposes Venus, at 11:14 AM:  We feel a little bit more grounded later in the morning.  Relationships are the focus and people are extra sensitive.  This could be an excellent time to listen rather than to speak.

Mercury enters Aries, at 7:19 PM:  For approximately the next 16 days Mercury, our communicator and organizer, is moving through Aries, the sign of action and reaction.  We will be more outspoken in our communication and able to say things without thinking them through clearly.  You may feel that you have to get everything done yesterday.

The Moon squares Saturn, at 9:07 PM:  The energy of this aspect can have us feeling a bit down, depressed, and a bit defeated.  Look for ways to act on your situation and be careful not to listen to too many critics.

The Moon conjuncts Jupiter, at 9:27 PM:  We do get an emotional boost when these two planets connect.  We will be able to see the bigger picture and make better decisions on ways to improve our situation.  Find some more positive things to do, and more positive people to be around.

The Moon trines Pluto, at 10:54 PM:  If you are awake, this is a very creative and inventive time and can be best used solving problems and ultimately creating a greater sense of financial security.  On a personal level, we seek to be more connected to those that we trust the most.

The Moon is now void-of-course in Virgo, at 10:54 PM.  The Moon will be void-of-course all day Tuesday, until Wednesday morning, at 12:23 AM (over 25 hours).  You may want to plan your more important events for Wednesday or later.

Sunday, March 20th:  Today is Palm Sunday.  The Moon starts the day void-of course in Leo.

The Moon enters analytical Virgo, at 12:39 PM, and is no longer void-of-course.

Venus conjuncts Neptune, at 12:46 PM:  With the energy of this aspect, our focus may be on finding a nice quiet place where our emotional and physical needs are taken care of.  Since we have been feeling the energy of this aspect for the last couple of days, this usually makes people want to retreat and to avoid a lot of the day-to-day demands and expectations from others.  This could be the perfect day to head to the beach, to the lake house, or to a relaxing day at the spa.  If you are not happy in your relationship, you may be pining for a lost love or for something that could never happen.  This energy can help to stimulate our imagination and make us a lot more playful and creative.  Personally, this may be just a good day to relax and take it easy!  The energy of this aspect will be in effect for the next couple of days.

The Moon squares Mars, at 10:13 PM:  We may be a bit argumentative or defensive in the latter part of the evening.  Even though it is late, this can be a good time for you to channel this energy into some cleaning and re-organizing.  It would really help to just say what you feel and get it off your chest.

Thursday, March 17th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Thursday, March 17th: Happy St. Patrick’s Day! The Moon resides in security conscious Cancer for the entire day. However, she does turn void-of-course in Cancer at the end of the day, at 11:09 PM.

The Moon sextiles Jupiter, at 3:00 AM: If you are up at this time, you have a lot of energy and you are getting things done. This can be an extra active dream night.

The Moon opposes Pluto, at 3:08 AM: Emotionally, we are processing and letting go of emotionally toxic family memories. We are able to understand our shadow-self better and not be controlled by unconscious impulses.

The Moon squares Uranus, at 6:39 AM: The planetary energies are strong this morning and you are up early, if you managed to sleep last night. If you can, slow down to give yourself extra time to get to where you are going this morning. You will not want to feel trapped by any of the activities you have to do this morning.

The Moon trines Mercury, at 11:17 AM: We finally get a much better handle on our day. Communication problems have eased up. This is a good time to take care of morning chores, business meetings, and paperwork for those in the sales and communication fields.

The Moon trines the Sun, at 11:09 PM: This is a very positive and peaceful energy as we end our Thursday. You will choose to be home with the people you call family.

The Moon is now void-of-course in Cancer, at 11:09 PM, and remains so until she enters Leo, at 2:54 AM, Friday morning.

Wednesday, March 16th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Wednesday, March 16th: The Moon floats through emotionally sensitive Cancer all day.

The Moon trines Venus, at 4:44 AM: If you are awake early, this is a favorable time for sweet dreams, or to be snuggling up with the one you love.

The Moon trines Neptune, at 2:10 PM: This afternoon we are able to connect with people more easily. We can sense what people want without them having to describe it in detail. This is a very creative time and can be auspicious for art or artist in the traditional sense; but this is also an excellent time for social and mass media, and also for marketing efforts.

Jupiter trines Pluto, at 3:26 PM: Justice and power come together, hopefully, for the good of us all! Our perspective on our world is being challenged. The growing global perspective of activity in the world bombards our daily lives with intimate details about strangers dealing with trauma on the other side of the planet! How do we integrate that information? We like our rituals and traditions and we don’t want to have to integrate new and challenging beliefs. The combination of these two planetary energies allows us to consider ways to do that. These planets are in contact with each other until August 2016. This may also lend some positive energy to solving the world-wide immigration struggle. In each one of us, individually, we are being given the courage to step outside of whatever beliefs we have had that may have held us back, both professionally and romantically. Counselors, therapists, astrologers, spiritual healers, and trusted friends are people that might help you find yourself, and “how you fit you” into the bigger scheme of things.

Tuesday, March 15th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Tuesday, March 15th: The Moon continues her journey through Gemini, but turns void-of-course at 12:03 PM. The Moon is void-of-course until 7:57 PM (almost 8 hours), when she enters family oriented Cancer. This is a busy and active day. You may be up much earlier than usual.

The Moon sextiles Uranus, at 12:36 AM: We may feel a bit energetic and not able to get to sleep right away. This is an opportune time for writing or other creative activities.

Mercury sextiles Pluto, at 1:57 AM: Here we have another example of two planets (Jupiter and Pluto) aspecting each other, while a third planet (Mercury) connects with both of them in a very short period of time. This brings extra intensity to this time period. When Mercury and Pluto combine, this is the energy of the detective, seeking to uncover hidden motives and what is at the core of issues. These are perfect energies for detailed work, research, teaching, or writing. We work, not only with an enhanced intellect, but with our psychic skills added in as well. This can be a beneficial time for long-term planning for career or financial security. The energy of this aspect continues to be strong for the next 3 to 4 days.

Mercury opposes Jupiter, at 4:42 AM: Our sense of the larger perspective is enhanced when these two planets connect. This combination of planetary energies is excellent to use for making presentations, working on a social media campaign, or finding a publisher for your book. This would also be an ideal time for any type of big picture planning meeting where you bring many diverse points of view into one common arena. Personally, this will keep us mentally active and our “to do” list constantly growing. Be sure and take some time to get away from your routine so you can have a breath of fresh air. This aspect continues to be strong for the next 3 to 4 days.

The Moon squares the Sun, at 12:03 PM: We try to get a handle on the day. This would be a good time to take an assessment of the day and where you plan to head next. This could be a nice time for long lunch. You are probably just trying to get too much done today.

The Moon is now void-of-course, at 12:03 PM, until 7:57 PM (almost 8 hours), when Luna enters Cancer. During the Moon void-of-course time, it’s an upbeat time to have more a personal conversation with the people you encounter. People will be more willing to talk about themselves. As the Moon enters Cancer, we look for a familiar and comfortable place to nurture our self.

Monday, March 14th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Monday, March 14th: The Moon transits mentally active Gemini all day.

The Moon squares Neptune, at 9:07 AM: We start off our morning with planetary energies that want us to head off to our yoga or meditation class. We are extra-sensitive this morning and can’t deal with too many demands.

Mercury squares Saturn, at 2:26 PM: When these two planetary energies combine, we are in a time of critical and evaluative thinking. We proceed at an excruciatingly slow pace and take in every possible detail that we can. Psychologically, our inner parent is disciplining our inner child. You may feel extra critical of yourself, as well as being judged by others. There may be travel and flight delays when these two planets combine their energy. Take a positive approach to this and address the things that need fixing; and, skip the internal criticism and self devaluing. This can be an excellent time to deal with details, deconstruct problems, or run programs to clean up your electronic devices. This aspect has been in effect for the last couple of days and will continue to be in effect for at least the next two days. Delays are common with this aspect, so bring something along to read so you won’t be bored while you’re waiting.

Venus squares Mars, at 3:48 PM: With the energy of this aspect having been in play for the last three days, and continuing to be in play for the next three days as well, we are not very patient and we want what we want, right now! It may feel like you have a chip on your shoulder and that people are constantly challenging you throughout the day. You may find that people question your veracity and intent. You could very easily take this on as a personal affront and want to come right back at the other person. Personal relationships are most affected by this transit. This could be a productive time to engage in therapy as this will help to bring issues to the surface so that they can be confronted and dealt with. On a personal level, our physical needs are very strong at this time and we may be both pushy and determined.

As you can see, we have two strong aspects in the sky, both at cross purposes with each other. This will generate a lot of attention because one astrological impulse wants us to go slowly and take our time; and the other wants us to do exactly the opposite. People can be especially edgy throughout the afternoon. The latter part of the evening eventually improves.

The Moon opposes Saturn, at 7:54 PM: We try to get a handle on what’s been going on today, and try to make some sense of it. Try not to over analyze it, or over think it, since you are too close to it tonight. Enjoy some of your domestic chores and let that crap go.

The Moon squares Mercury, at 8:44 PM: By the latter part of the evening, we reconnect to our normal energies and feel much more at ease. We definitely look for some mental escape this evening.

Moon squares Jupiter, at 9:51 PM: And, at the very end of the evening, you receive a blast of energy that may wake you up and make you want to get out for a late-night snack! Indulge yourself! You have earned it.

Sunday, March 13th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Sunday, March 13th: Today marks the start of Daylight Savings Time − make sure you set your clocks forward. The Moon begins the day in stabilizing Taurus, but quickly turns void-of-course at 4:46 AM. The Moon is void-of-course until 4:03 PM (over 11 hours) when she enters Gemini. It may be better to plan your more important events in the latter part of the afternoon, or for the evening hours.

The Moon sextiles the Sun, at 4:46 AM: If you are up early, you feel positive about your day. When the energy of these two planets combines, it usually signifies a time of inner peace and harmony.

The Moon is now void-of-course in Taurus, at 4:46 AM.

The Moon enters versatile Gemini, at 4:03 PM, and is no longer void-of-course. We feel more social and look for entertainment.

The Moon squares Venus, at 8:21 PM: In the sky, Venus, planet of love, and Mars, planet of competition, are in a challenging interaction. Although this Venus−Mars square isn’t exact until tomorrow, we will feel this energy very strongly as the Moon connects to both planets in a very short period of time. You will need more attention from those around you. All of us will desire to feel special and it may be difficult to say and hear enough nice things! We may also feel very possessive of our partner and jealous of any behavior in which we are not the center of attention.

The Moon opposes Mars, at 8:42 PM: And only 20 minutes later, gasoline is added to the fire! We speak our mind and say exactly what we think. It can be a time of big drama. Find some positive and constructive ways to interact, in a playful and competitive manner, with your partners and friends. I suggest you try playing ping-pong, War Craft, or going to the gym to work out with your partner.

Saturday, March 13 #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy

Saturday, March 12th:  The Moon continues to visit Taurus all day.

Venus enters Pisces, at 4:24 AM:  Venus, the planet of love and money, enters emotionally sensitive Pisces for a 15 day stay.  How we feel about our partners and relationships will be especially important during this time.  You will monitor their emotional connections to you; just as a favor to your partner so you can know if you are fulfilling every need of your partner.  I am sure you will find some areas you have missed!

The Moon sextiles Neptune, at 5:55 AM:  This can be an enjoyable morning to be out with friends for a walk in the park, or a dawn get-together over fresh coffee.  We can feel a real strong connection to nature when these two planets combine.

The Moon sextiles Mercury, at 9:55 AM:  Our communication skills work well this morning.  We work smoothly and efficiently at this time.  The energy of this aspect is really ideal to use for planning meetings or for cleaning out the fridge.

The Moon trines Pluto, at 5:41 PM:  If you are working this afternoon, you make good progress and feel satisfied with what you are doing.  This is a beneficial time to deal with any kind of financial planning or cost-cutting measures.

The Moon trines Jupiter, at 6:36 PM:  As evening arrives, we feel a real sense of satisfaction.  We are up for any type of activity this evening, but only if it does not demand too much of us.  It may be a fun evening to order food in and watch your favorite movie.

Tonight before you go to sleep, remember to set your clocks ahead as Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday.
