Monday, April 30th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Monday, April 30th, the Moon travels through Scorpio, a fixed water sign, all day. Luna does go void-of-course at 9:56 PM and remains void-of-course until Tuesday morning at 10:19 AM when the Moon enters Sagittarius and is no longer void-of-course. Tuesday, the Moon doesn’t make any aspects even though it’s not void. Monday and Wednesday are better days for getting things done.

Moon trine Neptune, 7:32 AM: This is the perfect morning to have time to enjoy your coffee or hot tea and contemplate the meaning of the universe and your place in it. It’s best to ease into the day this morning.

Moon conjunct Jupiter, 2:11 PM: We are keeping a positive attitude through the afternoon! This is a creative aspect that favors writing, publishing, research, and financial planning! Hidden plans can be revealed with this aspect.

Moon sextile Pluto, 5:43 PM: We are making the best of the afternoon. This afternoon is good for business or social obligations. We are looking to make the best deals we can. We may not be very patient with this aspect. A direct approach will work best in all negotiations.

Moon sextile Mars, 9:56 PM: We have a nice burst of energy later in the evening. We will need some entertainment or distraction. It’s a great night for a work out or sitting outside on your patio.

The Moon at 9:56 PM is now void-of-course in Scorpio until Tuesday morning at 10:19 AM when Luna enters Sagittarius.

Sunday, April 29th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Sunday, April 29th, the Moon starts the day in Libra, goes void-of-course at 12:32 AM but soon enters Scorpio at 2:11 AM and is no longer void-of-course.

Moon opposes Uranus, 12:32 AM: If you are up late, this aspect helps to keep our brain extra busy! You may need some distraction or some fun activities!  Our sleep is especially affected by electronic devices with this aspect.

The Moon at 12:32 AM is now void-of-course in Libra until 2:11 AM when Luna enters Scorpio and is no long void-of-course.

Sun trine Saturn, 5:03 AM: With this aspect affecting us for the last week and continuing to impact us for the next week, we have working on paying more attention, establishing priorities for career and long term goals, improving personal boundaries, telling people “no”, and learning to judge for ourselves what is the best for us! This aspect does motivate us to improve our situations but helping us to clear out the pieces of our lives that don’t serve a real purpose in our lives. This is a great aspect for any type of long term planning, financial investments, marriage plans, and looking ahead towards retirement. We are able to make changes more easily with this aspect.

Moon sextile Saturn, 6:50 PM: A great evening for any type of planned activity. If you are working, this helps you to whistle while you work! Many of us will just be getting ourselves ready for the next day.

Moon opposes Sun, 7:58 PM: This is the Full Moon at 9 degrees of Scorpio. Scorpio rules shared resources, a desire for a deeper level of trust, and a gut response to people that determines whether you like them or not. We are all paying more attention to the things we share with our partners, how close we are, and if we are on the same path. Our inner detective is very active today and we may question everyone’s motives this evening.

Thursday, April 26th Daily #Astrology forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Thursday, April 26th, the Moon begins the day in Virgo, goes void-of-course at 4:49 AM and finally Luna enters Libra at 8:13 PM and is no longer void-of-course. With the Moon void-of-course most of the day, we are ruled by our emotional intent today. How you feel about things makes the most difference today.

Moon sextile Jupiter, 2:28 AM: This aspect should help improve our sleep! If you are up, this is a creative time!

Moon trine Mars, 4:47 AM: We are beginning to stir with this and the next early morning aspect. We are awake but trying to get back to sleep. It may be best just to get up and get your day started.

Moon trine Pluto, 4:49 AM: Even though this aspect is subtle, it does make us more serious in our thoughts and actions. Stick with your agenda today and you will get your task accomplished.

The Moon at 4:49 AM is now void-of-course in Virgo until 8:13 PM when Luna enters Libra, the sign of relationships, and is no longer void-of-course.

Mars conjunct Pluto, 5:54 AM: With this aspect in effect for the last 2 weeks and continuing to be influential for the next 10 days, we are paying attention to our survival. We can all be on edge and over react to events that we might normally ignore. On a personal level, this is excellent energy to start new projects, detox your systems, improve your health, confront people that push you around, and to develop a greater sense of self-trust. Globally, this is an explosive transit and it may be hard to tell what people are going to do. This will definitely amp up the ongoing government investigation and we should see more evidence of their probes.

We are all more tense and can easily over react. My advice…avoid the drama queens, find a quiet place where you can exercise, dance, or do martial arts, focus on a project that requires your full intense commitment, or take a step back and ask yourself…is this really that important. If it is, don’t hold back. If it’s not, walk away.

Wednesday, April 25th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Wednesday, April 25th, the Moon travels through Virgo, the perfectionist, all day!

Moon trine Sun, 12:17 AM: This early morning aspect helps us to sleep and let the worries drift away!

Moon trine Saturn, 7:30 AM: We are up and ready to get our day started. We may have a lot we want to do but we have to set a reasonable pace, or we can burn out early. This aspect also helps our attitude and makes it easier to interact with others.

Mercury square Saturn, 4:27 PM: There is a lot of demand on our critical thinking capabilities with this aspect. We are looking at the details of each decision and possibly overthinking the entire procedure. With this aspect already strong for the last 4 days, and continuing for the next 4, we are taking care of small projects, getting things organized, and paying more attention to our health regimes. We can also be overly critical of ourselves, or others. We are looking for areas of concern and we are able to find them easily with this detail-oriented aspect. One of the negatives of this transit is that we don’t trust our own expertise. We may feel reluctant to make a decision and feel stuck! Don’t over-schedule yourself or take on too much assuming you can do it. Divide your task into smaller units so that you can meet your goals with less consternation. On the larger scale, this can affect relationships, on-going agreements, traffic problems, and generate a very negative attitude amongst the populace. Step back and give yourself some time to adjust to new changes in your schedule or expectation. If something doesn’t feel right….it’s not right! Trust yourself!

Moon opposing Neptune, 7:05 PM: Ah, the perfect evening for listening to music, enjoying a bottle of wine, doing some yoga, meditation, or enjoying your favorite fantasy movie. We have low tolerance for other’s drama with this aspect. Avoid negative folks if you can!

All times are central.

Beyond the Horoscope: A Jungian Perspective on Astrology and Archetypes with Special Emphasis on Midlife and Elderlife Initiations

Friday, June 22nd and Saturday, June 23rd.

Lecture:  Friday,
7-8:30 pm
$20 ($15 members)

Workshop: Saturday,
10 am-3 pm
$90 ($80 members)

Registrations and the class is through the Jung Center, 5200 Montrose Blvd, Houston, Tx 77006  Phone 713/524-8253

What, if anything, is the significance of the configuration of the astrological signs at the time of our birth? Do they offer information beneficial to our individuation process?  In the Vision Seminars, C.G. Jung called astrology “the projected psychology of the unconscious.”  Jung’s notion of synchronicity suggests that the movements of the planets throughout our lifetime could coincide with deeper dynamics underpinning our collective environment, the emergence of world events, and our individual life trajectories.

In Friday evening’s conversational lecture, we will discuss Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Jupiter as planetary cycles representative of collective dynamics.  We will also explore the archetypal motifs associated with these planets and how they might reflect our psychological development and challenges.  On Saturday, we will look at midlife and elderlife from a Jungian perspective and examine the similar cycles of Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Jupiter in participants’ individual birth charts.  We will also speak of Pluto’s impact at midlife and elderlife.  A week prior to the workshop, please send the date, time and location of your birth to lillycath@aol.com so that she can print your birth chart.

You will not need any astrological knowledge ahead of time for the class.

Jennifer Embry is a Zurich-trained Jungian analyst in private practice in Houston.  She holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, is a BodySoul leader – a graduate of the work of Marion Woodman, Ann Skinner and Mary Hamilton and a Reike master.

Sunday, April 22nd Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy Show

Sunday, April 22nd, Happy Earth Day, the place you live! The Moon starts the day in homey Cancer, goes void-of-course at 9:58 AM and remains void until 12:09 PM when Luna enters Leo, the sign of the child, and is no longer void-of-course.

Moon sextile Venus, 7:40 AM: This is a great morning to enjoy that 2nd cup of coffee and linger over your laptop a little longer! This is the time to smell the flowers!

Moon square Uranus, 9:58 AM: This aspect makes us restless. We will need some diversion or entertainment to counteract the boredom! Keep your agenda very flexible this morning.

The Moon at 9:58 AM is now void-of-course until 12:09 PM when Luna enters Leo and the Moon is no longer void-of-course.

Pluto goes stationary retrograde at 10:23 AM: Pluto, the planet that symbolizes personal transformation, detoxification, and death and rebirth, begins her retrograde journey through the end of September 2018. As Pluto goes retrograde, we begin a deeper journey into the areas of our life that are controlled and manipulated by fear. As we release these fears, our motivations and tolerance changes. Some aspects of our lives that we may have sought out, we may no longer need and maybe even “no longer tolerate”. Pluto is having the most dramatic influence on the cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn. Consider what fears are holding you back and how you can release them and grow beyond your current limits.

Moon squares Sun, 4:46 PM: We are needing some “me” time this late afternoon. This is an excellent time to indulge in your favorite things!

All times are central.
