Sunday, January 20th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy

on January 20, 2019

Sunday, January 20th, the Moon starts the day in Cancer, goes void-of-course at 7:50 PM but soon enters Leo at 9:54 PM and Luna is no longer void-of-course.

Sun enters Aquarius at 3:00 AM: The Sun visits Aquarius for the next 30 days. With the Sun in Aquarius, we are looking to make our society and community a better place to live. We are expanding our view of life and including more diversity. We will expect more from ourselves and others to step away from the muck rise to a higher intellectual level. Aquarians hold fast to their views, give and expect loyalty from others, and offer the same individual expression to others without restrictions that they expect to be given.

Moon opposes Pluto, 8:01 AM: A good morning to be clearing out and cleaning up, a good time for weekend warrior projects. Emotionally we may feel a bit raw and may need some time to ourselves. Finances and the state of the economy can make us worry about our long-term monetary safety. Develop a plan you can live with and stick to it. You will feel better about all this after the Eclipse this evening.

Moon opposes Mercury, 12:56 PM: We are clear-headed this early afternoon. This is a good time to run errands, respond to emails and text you have been avoiding, and to get our day to day lives in some sort of order. This can be a great time for problem solving as we are open to ideas that are simple and really work.

Moon squares Uranus, 7:50 PM: We want to have unrestricted expression of our emotions with this aspect. “Don’t Fence Me In” is your theme song with this lunar aspect. Keep your agenda flexible and you will be much happier. This is a great time to get with your friends and expound on the troubles of the day! You will feel lighter if you can do that! Holding it in can make you more volatile and make it easier to validate crazy behavior!

The Moon in Cancer at 7:50 PM is now void-of-course until 9:54 PM when Luna enters Leo and is no longer void-of-course.

Venus squares Neptune, 10:24 PM: With this aspect in play for the last 4 days and continuing for the next 4, we are wanting to take life a bit easier. This is a great time period for yoga, tai chi, meditation, enjoying nature, or relaxing with a great bottle of wine. We will need more personal space in our relationships because we will want to focus on our own personal desires.  If partners are too demanding, this can bring some relationships to an end. Takes some time to step back and gain some perspective. It’s best to do what you want instead of trying to make others happy with this aspect. Partners are going to be very needy today so you may have to make more space for their whiney demands. Watch your spending with this aspect as you are more likely to indulge yourself and ignore your actual financial condition. This is a great aspect to get away from the demands of your responsibilities and find some inner peace. Give yourself extra time and space to get your task accomplished as your energies will flow and wane through this time. Overall, this can be a good time to take off and enjoy some mental health retreat and renewal!

Moon opposes Sun, 11:16 PM: This is the Lunar Eclipse Super Moon in Leo. During the buildup to this Eclipse, we have been in a time of considering options, struggling with decisions, and wanting some assurances about our choices ahead of time. We have been highly emotional and have had strong responses to day to day activities. As the Eclipse occurs, we can release that energy and feel emotionally lighter. With the Eclipse in Leo, fixed signs of Leo, Aquarius, Taurus, and Scorpio are more affected. During the build up to the Eclipse, your energy levels will be more reserved, and you will need more rest than usual. As the Eclipse builds, our energy levels rise. We may be very awake this evening and need something to keep our dynamic minds busy! Eclipses repeat every 18 year or so and they represent new doors opening or innovative opportunities being presented to you. There can be emotional struggles arriving at those decision prior to the Eclipse. After the Eclipse, we are feeling charged but motivated to move forward. The truth about who we are and what we want because obvious with the light of the Full Moon Eclipse.

All times are central.
