Thursday, March 21st, the Moon travels through Libra, the sign that brings balance and harmony, all day! Although we don’t have any lunar aspects, the Moon is not void. We are still operating on the energy from the Full Moon last night. We are looking for some peace on an inner level that seems hard to find. We do have three planetary aspects today that are all connected to each other. They may push us away from our peaceful goals. We continue to be busy through the end of the month.
Venus squares Mars, 3:07 AM: This is an interesting aspect since this is a more aggressive or war-like stance with our lovely Moon in Libra, the peace keeper. With this aspect in play for the last 5 days and continuing for the next 5, we may feel more entitled, a need to be validated, ready to focus on what is most important in our own lives. People in general may be short tempered and we all will be taking life more personal! We have to watch our impulse spending. In relationships, you will want to clear the air about any problems. Our energies may be better used if they were focused on improving our environment and working to make our communities better places to live. Focus on what’s important to you and stay out of the way of people who are drama laden.
Venus sextiles Jupiter, 9:16 AM: And on the other hand, this aspect helps with negotiations, improves relationships, and increases our ability to see how helping others helps ourselves. We are level headed and approach what we are doing from a team building perspective. We push to get at the truth from a less judgmental point of view. This is a good time to promote our services or products. We are more passionate about what we are doing, and we are more authentic in our presentations. This also activities the criminal justice department to push forward with finding the truth. This aspect has also been in play for the last 5 days and continues to be affective for the next 5 days.
Mars quincunx Jupiter, 2:54 PM: Finally, we get to the larger picture that Venus is activating for us today. Mars, planet of action and pursuits, is looking to expose the myths of our cultural heritage, traditions, and social mores that Jupiter represents. We want to know if our views are being adequately represented by the leaders in our communities. Remember, this is not just about the USA but all countries and peoples of the world. In the negative, this can also represent the justification of entitlement, the use of wealth, power, and privilege, tied in with a strong sense of religiosity. On a personal level, we may feel angry about the way our systems are being used. We may speak out at work, or to your friends, or even in a more public venue. This aspect has been very strong since March 13th and will remain strong through the end of this month. This aspect definitely makes it difficult to find common ground when truth looks different to the other side. But with Venus, planet of relationships and commitment, so active; we still work to find a way as long as we can. Venus, the keeper of the peace is always near when the war makers are busy.
As a result of all this planetary interaction, we may feel unstable, moody, impatience, restless, and indecisive. We may be restless, depressed, and need to isolate. Remember that Mercury is still retrograde. We are still working out our plans until April 4th, when it’s a great time to put those ideals into action. Meditation, yoga, tai chi, or a glass of wine can help with anxiety and restlessness. Take good care of yourself during this transit.
All times are central.
