Monday, July 20th Daily #Astrology Forecast from Lilly Roddy

Monday, July 20th, the Moon starts the day in Cancer, goes void-of-course at 12:56 PM and remains void until 3:16 PM when Luna enters Leo, the lover, and is no longer void-of-course.

Moon opposes Jupiter, 12:27 AM: If you are awake, you will need some mental activity to keep you from being bored. This shouldn’t interfere with our sleep this early morning.

Moon opposes Pluto, 4:04 AM: We are clearing out our emotions in our dreams this morning. We are letting go of past fears and facing our own daemons. If you are awake, a snack can help you get back to sleep!

Moon conjunct Sun, 12:33 PM: The New Moon in Cancer inspires us all to make our home a safer place for our family and friends. We feel the need to reach out and help others during this time. We see the landscape around us, and we will want to improve our current situations. Avoiding them only helps to make us more nervous and feel powerless. We are all more clear about our needs as this aspect helps us to see ourselves. It’s a good day to connect with your family!

Moon opposes Saturn, 12:55 PM: Some of the negative thinking can enter the picture at this time. Remember, you are no powerless and your choices can make a major difference. It will be hard to avoid feeling sorry for ourselves with this aspect. “Don’t let the bastards get your down!” Create your own reality and don’t let others define yours for you!

The Moon at 12:55 PM is now void-of-course in Cancer until 3:16 PM when Luna enters Leo and is no longer void-of-course.

Sun oppose Saturn, 5:28 PM: We are taking a hard look at reality with this aspect. We are concerned about our finances, our jobs, our country, and what we can do to make our situations better! This planetary aspect has been in play for the last 10 days and will continue for the next 10 days. This is a great aspect for setting up new goals, reassessing where you have been and what you can do now, reinventing your career, completing task you have been avoiding, and focusing on what you can do instead of what you can’t do! The downside of this aspect is that it can make you overthink situations so much that you don’t’ know what to do. We can feel sad, depresses, melancholy, and loss of our sense of self. As always with Saturn, focus on what you can do and don’t worry about the things you can’t effectuate. Don’t just focus on the negative. Stop and give yourself treats and warm hugs with this aspect so you don’t feel so alone. Chat with your friends, take time to relax and appreciate what you do have, and remind yourself that you are strong, smart, and have survived this long!

All times are central.

Sun opposes Pluto, 2:13 PM: This aspect continues the 3 contacts of the Sun with Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn, the corona trio! With Pluto, we are always looking to the depths and deeper motivations of people and events around us. This will make us think much more about the virus and the rising death rate. This aspect has been in play for the last 8 days and will continue for the next 8. This is a great time for therapy, cleaning out the storerooms, mental and physical, getting back on a better eating program and taking a hard look at our financial situations. This can make some depress, angry, sullen, standoffish, and nervous about our future and the future of the USA. We want to root out the evil in our lives so we can feel safer and enjoy the illusion of greater control. We are all edgy and we are ALL taking life very personally!

Moon trine Saturn, 10:21 PM: We are ready to turn off the voices in our head and focus on something that makes us feel comfortable and safe. We are choosy about what we do at this time as boundaries are improved.

Sun trine Neptune, 1:43 PM: We are looking for an easy path with this aspect. We are seeking peace, harmony, or just avoiding others who are too full of drama. Moon square Mercury, 11:09 AM: We are in an alert mode this morning and we are ready for most anything. This may be a time of delay and slowdowns with Mercury going Stationary Direct tomorrow at 3:26 AM. We will be more reminiscent of the past in our reflective moments this morning. It will help to give yourself extra time to get to where you are going today.

Moon conjunct Mars, 4:16 PM: We are ready to express our feelings as we take like more personally. This can be a time when it’s necessary to speak up, depend yourself, or make sure that you put yourself first. A good time for a workout if you don’t over do it. This aspect is also likely to make us feel more trapped during this virulent covid time. Sports, games, and physical activity are all positive ways to respond to this energy.

Moon sextile Venus, 8:21 PM: We are hoping for a more peaceful evening. This is a great time to be with that someone special in person or virtual. It’s easier to share your deeper feelings. A great evening for a cookout or to order in.

Mercury goes “Stationary Direct” tomorrow at 3:26 AM: This is the point when Mercury is at a “standstill” against the background of the astrological signs. Mercury needs to regain some speed before we act on the thoughts and ideas that are brewing in our heads and hearts. It’s best to start those Mercurial projects after Friday, the 17th.

All times are central.
