This means from the geocentric point of view; Saturn is not moving making her presence even stronger. Saturn is having the strongest impact on the Cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn making those signs overly cautious, judgmental about themselves and others, and huge concerns over the current economic situation.
