Thursday, August 18th, the Moon is traveling through Capricorn
all day. Luna does go void-of-course at 6:59 PM and remains void
until 3:49 AM on Friday when she enters Aquarius and is no
longer void of course.
Moon trine Uranus, 1:59 AM: This mentally stimulating energy will give us an active dream night, or it may keep you up later than you like. If you are awake, you will need some sort of distraction to keep you occupied.
Moon sextile Neptune, 2:59 PM: This is a great afternoon for a nap, some yoga, tai chi, or just a walk around the park. We are more sensitive than usual and should rely on our instincts with this lunar aspect. Harsh people should be avoided.
Moon conjunct Pluto, 6:59 PM: We are taking out the emotional garbage with this aspect. This is a great time for therapy especially around issues related to old family issues that have been avoided. We are ready to deal with our unconscious or darker side of our personality. We are looking for the core to understand the truth.

Sun opposes Jupiter, 7:29 PM: This is a positive aspect that helps us to expand our mind and be open to different possibilities. This aspect is great for continuing your education, planning of big events, promoting your self via social media, getting your blog going, planning your next vacation, or dealing with legal issues. This aspect has been in play for the last 10 days and will continue for the next 10 days. The fixed signs, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius are the ones more affected by this planetary aspect. We are not into detail with this aspect because of the sense of confidence this aspect gives us, we can easily take on too much and overload our schedule. This is a great time to consider investments and/or changing your sources of income. For the most part, this aspect helps us to see the potential of what our ideas and actions can produce!
Uranus goes stationary retrograde at 8:40 PM: Our planet of rebellion, invention, entrepreneurialship, and thinking outside the box, goes stationary retrograde today. This happens every year and it duration is about a month. We have stopped moving forward on gathering new ideas and we are starting to consider those ideas in a more serious manner. We will gather our concepts and start determining whether we want to commit our energies in that direction. We can be less patient with old views, intolerant of ignorant and repressive views, closed in by restrictive relationships, and ready to dump it all and head off to live off the land free of society’s trappings. Uranus will have the most impact on the fixed signs, Taurus, Leo, Aquarius, and Scorpio for the next month. Keep your options open and only follow things that enhance your passion and offer greater freedom of expression. This can be a time when “crazies” feel the freedom to act as they want regardless of their consequences. If you see too much drama…go the other way!
